No surgery on the pooch. Turns out there was only minimal evidence of a rupture and the vet didn’t think surgery was necessary. We must keep Miles confined to rest for the next couple of days, which will be hard but worth it. “Canna getta amen-ah?” Now, time for pet insurance.
