I do not like the sun right now. I wish it would go away. Our last real rainfall was almost 60 days ago. It has sprinkled very lightly twice in the last week. By afternoon, the clouds burn off and the sun is back to beating us into hot, sweaty, listless lumps. This drought/heatwave has eaten every ounce of my energy. I woke up this morning and saw that it was cloudy. I was ecstatic. I celebrated. I accomplished tasks that I otherwise would have neglected. I felt happy and alive. And then, half an hour ago, the clouds vanished. In one hour it went from 82
